GT-5900R serial MUDS-UHF broadband repeater is professional repeating devices that accord with DTV standard. Its mainly used in the areas such as vast plains, mountainous, sea and river banks; and the area where laying optical fiber more difficult or with relatively high cost or with users of the relatively low density. One of the main differences between MMDS and MUDS transmitter is the frequency. So MUDS system is more suitable for the area that the terrain is very complex, and also the transmission distance is shorter. Simultaneously, it works in UHF band, so the receiving-end doesnt need a LNB.

Principles: Change the received signals frequency into UHF and amplify them to enlarge coverage and transmission distance.
